fa روش‌ها و الزامات تربیت اخلاقی و عبادی خانواده محور از منظر فقه اسلامی Methods and Requirements of Family-Centered Moral and Worship Education from the Perspective of Islamic Jurisprudence عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">تربیت اخلاقی و عبادی از مهم‌ترین مسئولیت‌های والدین در تربیت فرزند به شمار می‌رود. در فقه اسلامی، این مسئله نه تنها به‌عنوان یک تکلیف شرعی، بلکه به‌عنوان مسئولیت والدین در شکل‌دهی شخصیت دینی و اخلاقی کودک مطرح است. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی روش‌ها و الزامات تربیتی اخلاقی و عبادی از منظر فقه اسلامی و ارائه مدلی جامع برای تربیت در خانواده‌ها است. این پژوهش به‌صورت توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع فقهی و روایی معتبر انجام شده است. در ابتدا، به بررسی مفاهیم اصلی مانند «روش» و «الزام» در تربیت پرداخته شده، سپس روش‌ها و الزامات تربیتی اخلاقی و عبادی در چارچوب فقه اسلامی تحلیل شده‌اند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که فقه اسلامی از اصول هنجاری همچون اخلاص، عدالت، صبر، رعایت توان متربی و حفظ کرامت انسانی بهره می‌برد که در کنار روش‌های اجرایی نظیر رفق، محبت، الگودهی، امر و نهی و تنبیه می‌تواند چارچوبی مناسب برای تربیت اخلاقی و عبادی فراهم آورد. همچنین، قواعد فقهی نظیر نفی عسر و حرج و تکلیف مالایطاق به‌عنوان تنظیم‌کننده‌های روش‌های تربیتی در این مدل نقش دارند. مدل تربیتی فقهی پیشنهادی در این پژوهش، به‌عنوان یک چارچوب سه‌لایه با تأکید بر اصول هنجاری، روش‌های اجرایی و قواعد فقهی تنظیم‌کننده به‌طور مؤثر فرآیند تربیت اخلاقی و عبادی کودک را در خانواده‌ها هدایت می‌کند. این مدل می‌تواند به‌عنوان راهکاری علمی برای والدین و مربیان در تربیت فرزند مطابق با مبانی فقه اسلامی به‌کار گرفته شود.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Moral and religious upbringing is one of the most significant responsibilities of parents in the education of their children. In Islamic jurisprudence, this issue is presented not only as a religious obligation but also as a parental duty in shaping the child's ethical and religious character. The purpose of this research is to investigate the moral and religious educational methods and requirements from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence and to propose a comprehensive model for family education. This research is conducted descriptively and analytically, utilizing authoritative jurisprudential and narrative sources. Initially, key concepts such as "method" and "requirement" in education are discussed, followed by an analysis of moral and religious educational methods and requirements within the framework of Islamic jurisprudence. The findings revealed that Islamic jurisprudence employs foundational principles such as sincerity, justice, patience, consideration of the child's capacity, and preservation of human dignity, which, alongside practical methods like gentleness, affection, role modeling, command and prohibition, and discipline, can provide an appropriate framework for moral and religious education. Additionally, jurisprudential rules such as negation of hardship and impossibility of unbearable duty serve as regulatory tools for educational methods in this model. The proposed jurisprudential educational model in this study, as a three-layer framework emphasizing foundational principles, educational methods, and regulatory jurisprudential rules, effectively guides the process of moral and religious education in families.
