fa نقش کاربردی و جایگاه قانونی استفاده از الگوریتم‌های پیشرفته نرم‌افزاری در کشف جرائم خاص عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Lotus&quot;">پیشرفت‌های فناوری اطلاعات و هوش مصنوعی، ابزارهای نوینی برای پیش‌بینی و کشف جرائم خاص در اختیار نظام‌های قضایی و انتظامی قرار داده است. الگوریتم‌های پیشرفته نرم‌افزاری، با تحلیل حجم گسترده‌ای از داده‌های تاریخی، دیجیتال و اجتماعی، قادر به شناسایی الگوهای پیچیده جرائم، پیش‌بینی وقوع جرم و تحلیل شواهد دیجیتال هستند. استفاده از این فناوری‌ها باعث افزایش دقت و سرعت تحقیقات جنایی، کاهش خطاهای انسانی و بهبود تخصیص منابع انتظامی می‌شود. با این حال، کاربرد الگوریتم‌ها با چالش‌های اخلاقی، حقوقی و اجتماعی همراه است که از مهم‌ترین آن‌ها می‌توان به تبعیض الگوریتمی، نقض حریم خصوصی، شفافیت محدود تصمیمات و مسئولیت حقوقی اشاره کرد. تجربه کشورهای مختلف نشان می‌دهد که تلفیق فناوری با چارچوب‌های قانونی روشن، استانداردهای اخلاقی و نظارت انسانی، کلید موفقیت در بهره‌برداری مشروع از الگوریتم‌ها است. این مقاله ضمن بررسی کاربردها، مزایا، چالش‌ها و تجارب بین‌المللی، چارچوب‌های قانونی و اخلاقی پیشنهادی برای استفاده امن و مؤثر از الگوریتم‌های پیشرفته در کشف جرائم خاص را ارائه می‌دهد و چشم‌انداز آینده آن‌ها را در تحقیقات جنایی و امنیت عمومی ترسیم می‌کند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Advancements in information technology and artificial intelligence have provided novel tools for predicting and detecting specific crimes within judicial and law enforcement systems. Advanced software algorithms, by analyzing large volumes of historical, digital, and social data, are capable of identifying complex crime patterns, predicting criminal activities, and analyzing digital evidence. The use of these technologies enhances the accuracy and speed of criminal investigations, reduces human errors, and improves the allocation of law enforcement resources. However, the application of algorithms is accompanied by ethical, legal, and social challenges, including algorithmic bias, privacy violations, limited transparency of decisions, and legal responsibility. Experiences from different countries demonstrate that integrating technology with clear legal frameworks, ethical standards, and human oversight is the key to the legitimate utilization of algorithms.
