fa ریزوماتیک‌شدن جرم در عصر جهانی‌شدن در پرتو عاملیت نسل‌های Z و آلفا The Rhizomatization of Crime in the Age of Globalization in Light of the Agency of Generations Z and Alpha عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">پدیده «ریزوماتیک‌شدن» تحول عمیقی در شیوه زندگی، هویت اجتماعی و حتی در ماهیت جرم و انحراف در جهان معاصر ایجاد کرده است. در این نوشتار، با بهره‌گیری از مفهوم فلسفی ریزوم به‌مثابه الگویی برای ساختارهای غیرمتمرکز و سیال، نشان می‌دهیم که انسان مدرن در عصر جهانی‌شدن به‌صورت فزاینده‌ای سبک زندگی خود را به شکل ریزوماتیک شکل می‌دهد. به بیان دیگر، فرد امروزین هم‌زمان (و گاه متناقض) از مؤلفه‌های فرهنگی و ارزشی گوناگون بهره می‌گیرد و مرجعیت و معنا‌بخشی را از نهادهای سنتی به «خود» منتقل کرده است. این تغییر بنیادین که با عاملیت نسل‌های جدید به‌ویژه نسل Z و آلفا گره خورده، پیامدهای گسترده‌ای در حوزه‌های مختلف داشته است؛ از بازتعریف مفاهیمی نظیر هویت، دین و «زندگی خوب» گرفته تا دگرگونی در الگوهای بزهکاری. جرم نیز در این بستر جدید جنبه‌ای ریزوماتیک یافته است؛ به گونه‌ای که ارتکاب جرم و قربانی‌شدن، از قیود مکان و زمان رها شده و نظریه‌های کلاسیک مانند بوم‌شناسی جناییِ مکتب شیکاگو دیگر به‌تنهایی قادر به تبیین آن نیستند. به‌تبع این تحولات، سیاست‌گذاری‌های جنایی سنتی با چالش‌های جدی مواجه شده و نیازمند بازنگری است. این مقاله به شیوه توصیفی- تحلیلی مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخانه ای تلاش می کند تحلیلی مبتنی بر واقعیت از نقش عاملیت نسل z  و آلفا در بازتعریف الگوی سبک زندگی در عصر جهانی شدن جرم ارائه دهد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The phenomenon of “rhizomatization” has brought about a profound transformation in lifestyle, social identity, and even in the nature of crime and deviance in the contemporary world. Drawing on the philosophical concept of the rhizome as a model for decentralized and fluid structures, this paper argues that in the era of globalization, modern individuals increasingly shape their lifestyles in a rhizomatic manner. In other words, today’s individual simultaneously (and at times contradictorily) draws upon diverse cultural and value components, while transferring authority and meaning-making from traditional institutions to the “self.” This fundamental shift, intertwined with the agency of younger generations—particularly Generations Z and Alpha—has far-reaching consequences: from the redefinition of identity, religion, and the “good life” to transformations in patterns of delinquency. Crime, too, has acquired a rhizomatic character in this new context, where offending and victimization are liberated from spatial and temporal constraints, rendering classical theories—such as the Chicago School’s ecological criminology—insufficient for comprehensive explanation. Consequently, traditional criminal policy faces serious challenges and requires revision.
