fa قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مواجهه با جنگ غزه و اسرائیل عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-IQ"><span style="line-height:115%">تغییرات گسترده و جریان‌ساز محیط جهانی طی دهه‌های اخیر و کاهش مقبولیت کاربرد قدرت سخت، توجه به مظاهر قدت نرم را برای کنشگران اجتناب‌ناپذیر ساخته است. لذا کشورهای مختلف حتی در سطوح منطقه‌ای سرمایه‌‌گذاری‌های قابل‌توجهی به‌منظور ارتقاء منابع قدرت نرم خود انجام داده‌اند. امروزه سرمایه‌گذاری در حوزه‌ی استحصال قدرت نرم امری نیست که هیچ کشوری ازجمله جمهوری اسلامی ایران ـ به‌عنوان یکی از اعضای نظام جهانی که لاجرم باید خود را با اقتضائات این نظام سازگار سازد. جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز به‌عنوان واحد سیاسی مستقل، به‌منظور دستیابی به اهداف ملی و راهبردی خود از مؤلفه‌ها و ظرفیت‌های قدرت نرم خود در حوزه سیاست‌های منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی، بهره می‌گیرد. در حال حاضر، یکی از رویدادهای مهم در خاورمیانه، جنگ غزه و اسرائیل است که با توجه به حمایت ایران از غزه، تأثیر بسزایی بر قدرت نرم ایران در این خصوص دارد. بر همین اساس اصلی تحقیق این است که قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در جنگ غزه و اسرائیل چگونه قابل تبیین است؟ یافته‌های تحقیق نشان از آن دارد که، </span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:115%">قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران، در اهمیت یافتن مؤلفه‌هایی ریشه دارد که کیفیت تعامل نظام اسلامی با بازیگران منطق‌های و فرا منطقه‌ای را در عرصه‌ی دیپلماسی و سیاست خارجی ارتقا می‌بخشد. موقعیت این قدرت، زمانی تثبیت می‌گردد که جمهوری اسلامی بتواند زمینه نفوذ و پذیرش آن را برای بازیگران منطقه‌ای و یا بازیگران فرا منطق‌های تأثیرگذار در منطقه فراهم نماید. این هدف می‌تواند در قالب هنجارها، اصول و قواعدی تحقق یابد که از منظر افکار عمومی دارای مقبولیت بیشتری است. </span></span><span lang="AR-IQ"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Lotus&quot;"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">The extensive and transformative changes in the global environment in recent decades, along with the diminishing popularity of hard power, have led actors to inevitably focus on the manifestations of soft power. Consequently, various countries, even at regional levels, have made significant investments to enhance their soft power resources. Today, investment in the realm of soft power acquisition is imperative for any country, including the Islamic Republic of Iran, as a member of the global system that must inevitably align itself with the requirements of this system. The Islamic Republic of Iran, as an independent political entity, utilizes its soft power components and capacities in regional and international politics to achieve its national and strategic objectives. Currently, one of the significant events in the Middle East is the Gaza-Israel war, which, given Iran&#39;s support for Gaza, significantly impacts Iran&#39;s soft power in this regard. Therefore, the main aim of this research is to delineate how the soft power of the Islamic Republic of Iran is manifested in the Gaza-Israel war. The research findings indicate that the soft power of the Islamic Republic of Iran is rooted in identifying components that enhance the quality of interaction between the Islamic system and regional and transregional actors in the realm of diplomacy and foreign policy. The consolidation of this power occurs when the Islamic Republic can create a conducive environment for regional players or influential transregional actors to penetrate and accept it.
